Apartment 1 measures 60 m2 approx. and can accommodate 4-6 people. Located on the 2nd floor, it features 2 separate bedrooms each with shower/WC, plus a double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) found in the kitchen.
All the rooms are furnished in a modern linear style and fitted with a flat-screen TV and free WLAN. In each room you’ll find bed linen and a safe. The beds themselves were made to measure at the height of luxury by the carpenter. The bathrooms all come with toilet paper, a hairdryer, towels plus a towel dryer. The open-plan kitchen & living room is equipped with everything you need for cooking: ceramic hob, elevated oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, plenty of kitchen- & tableware plus glasses and cutlery.
Your little pocket of sunshine, however, is the large terrace covering approx. 40 m2 out on the west side. There you can bask in the warm rays of spring sunshine right up to the end of the day. And to the south there’s also a generous balcony.
